Our Story

Born From a Simple Frustration

CAILO started with two Tesla owners and two very different problems.

One of us wanted an automatic logbook for work travel. The options we looked at meant either fitting an aftermarket device or classifying every trip by hand. Neither appealed. So we did it the old way. A paper logbook. In a Tesla. In 2026.

The other was building fleet management solutions for clients and kept seeing the same opportunity: Tesla had opened up a rich stream of vehicle data through its Fleet API, and bringing that stream into an established fleet platform was a specialist piece of integration work that nobody had packaged yet.

The pattern was hard to ignore. Tesla generates extraordinary telemetry. Putting it to work inside everyday tools still took specialist effort. So we built CAILO. The platform we wished existed: no OBD dongles or hardwired devices, no DIY pipelines, no compromises. Just clean Tesla data, delivered into the tools that already support your life or business.
