Our Story

Born From a Simple Frustration

CAILO started with two Tesla owners and two very different problems.

One of us wanted to use a logbook app for tax. The catch: every option on the market needed a hardware dongle plugged into the Tesla, which would have voided the warranty. So we did it the old way. A paper logbook. In a Tesla. In 2026.

The other was building fleet management solutions for clients and kept hitting the same wall: Tesla vehicles simply weren’t visible inside the fleet platforms his customers already relied on. Best-in-class EVs, invisible to the systems that managed them.

The pattern was hard to ignore. Tesla generates extraordinary telemetry. Almost nobody can use it the way they actually want to. So we stopped waiting for someone else to fix it and built CAILO. The platform we wished existed: no dongles, no DIY pipelines, no compromises. Just clean Tesla data, delivered into the tools that already support your life or business.
